However, there will be times when the housekeeper is unavailable and a substitute is required in order to keep the appointment. Rest assured, all of our housekeepers are highly trained and background checked. Are you licensed, bonded and insured? Yes, our company directly employs our housekeepers and does not subcontract out any work. Each employee is required to perform an extensive baackground check and is backed by our company's license,  bonding and insurance poiicies. If I really like my housekeeper, can I buy out her employment agreement so she can work for me directly? No, all of our housekeepers are directly employed by our company and are not considered subcontractors or temporary employees. In the event that a homeowner solicits any of our housekeepers, the compan has the right to refuse service and assess a $1500 soliciation fine. What if my home is not prepared for a house cleaning visit? Prior to all appointments, the company sends out an advance notification via text and email. Additionally, the first appointment confirmation provides a helpful list of how to best prepare for your upcoming visit. Upon arrival, the housekeeper is required to perform a walkthrough to assess the home in comparison to the actual booking notes.
